Q 2.How to do the payment?
A Usually by T/T, PayPal. West Union, L/C,and so on.
Q 3.Is there MOQ for your products?
A For some hot selling products, we have no MOQ. For customized products or not so good selling products, we have MOQ.
Q 4.Do you have certificate for your products?
A Yes, we have ISO, CE, and so on , for some products.
Q 5.How can I get some samples?
A We are honored to offer you samples.Freight fee need consignee pay.
Q 6:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A Quality is priority. All staffs always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Our factory has gained ISO 9001 and SGS authentication.
Q 7.What shipping way your company use?
A It depends on your order quantity or if your need is urgent.If you order a little often advise ship by express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS and other).If you order can not fit one container advise ship by LCL . If it is enough to fit one container can choice by FCL. If you need it urgent you can choose ship by Airplane.
Q 8.What is the lead time?
A According to the quantity. Usually is 1~15days for sample and 10~60days for big quantity.
Q 9.Can you make customized products?Can I put my company logo or design on the products?
A Yes, we can make the product and logo per your detailed requirement. Even make a new mold if quantity is big enough.
Q 10.Can I have different colors for the products?
A For most of our products is OK, but we have MOQ.
Q 11.How can I visit your company?

Q 12.Can I change the out package?
A Yes, the package can be customized as your requirement.
Q 13.Where is your loading port?
A Shanghai or Ningbo port or Guangzhou.
Q 14.When I buy convex mirrors,accessory is included?Outdoor and Indoor could use same accessory?
A Yes,no matter outdoor or indoor convex mirror, different accessory is included.We also have same accessory for outdoor and indoor.
Q 15.Do your safety vests have en471 certificate?Could customize logo or not?
A Yes,we have,could customize logo per your request.
Q 16.Can I buy small quantity?
A Yes,we could sell in small quantity when we have stock.
Q 17.Does your speed hump have screw?
A Normally our quote doesn’t include screw,if you want screw,pls tell beforehead.
Q 18.How about your wheel stopper customize service?
A We could print your logo on the wheel stopper and customize per your request.

A 20. We could customize below part,different cone color,reflective tape type and size,cone weight,cone material.
Q 21.Can you put logo on the products and make customized products?
A Yes, we can put logo on products accord to your requirement. And make customized size, color if quantity is enough.

A We have different kinds of roadway saftety items,you could send us inquiry,will send you catalogue.
Q 23.About convex mirror,do you have accessory?
A Yes,outdoor is with outdoor accessory,indoor is with indoor accessory.If you need outdoor and indoor accessory,we also have.
Q 24. About traffic cone,which type tape you have?
A We have normal tape,glue tape or high reflective tape.Also could customize tape per your request.
Q 25. What's your payment method?
A For small amount,usually pay by paypal,western union.For big amount,usually pay by TT,or LC.
